When our entry floor was flooded by Hurricane Sandy, Dennis immediately stepped in and took control of the situation. He met with our insurance adjuster and restored damaged areas to their pre-flood, pristine state. “Dennis - I have always been pleased with the work you and your company has done for me. The following are examples:
- Painting of the entire outside of the residence
- Renovation of the small powder room on the first level
- Renovation of the master bathroom, also first level
- Repair of the outside shower roof
- Cleaning and applying protective coatings of stain to the outside deck
- Reworking outside drainage pipe to redirect water flow away from the house
- Check to learn if chimney is not leaking water in heavy rains into the house
- Check attic after an unusual smell was detected at that level (Resulted in leftover food in loft refrigerator.).
There is probably more, but this is what I can think of off the top of my head. I do want to add that if there is something I am not fully satisfied with, you are always on the spot to satisfy my tastes.”
